Dr Ghadigaonkar began his journey from a small and simple farming background, he creatively acquired a solid understanding of farmer’s wants and needs and strives to make the farmer’s life better and help those in need. Being an alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, Dr Ghadigaonkar is very adept at building strong connections across cultures and has a vision to achieve growth through innovation and providing help to those in need.

His technical expertise in dairy nutrition and product development skills in ruminants has helped him to position Vetrina Healthcare PVT LTD as an innovation driven company.

Sachin Dhamdhere

Director

Mr. Sachin Dhamdhere, B.Sc Agri, Bachelors of Agriculture from MPKV Rahuri and has a certificate course from Pennstate College of Agriculture, specialized in Dairy Farm production and Management. He is working in the Dairy industry for the last 20 years. Mr. Dhamdhere has worked with well-known large herd farms like Bhagyalaxmi Dairy Farms (POC) and Sarda Farms. While working with large herd farms, he has worked with Mr. Frank Delfino, a well-known ruminant nutritionist from the US, and European dairy farm managers like Mr. Mike Kilkenny, Mr. Edmund Piper, and Mr. Gildas. He has visited dairy farms in Italy for practical training. Mr. Dhamdhere has worked with Advanta India for the optimization of fodder production and suitable variety trials of fodder maize, nutrifeed, and sorghum. He has developed a least cost ration program for Indian conditions; this helped in optimizing feed costs.

Naresh Vankudooth

Mr. Vankudooth is experienced in clean milk harvesting, storage and processing product development. He has huge knowledge on A1 A2 testing through RTPCR and A1 A2 research controversy.

Mr. Vankudooth has experience in milk product development and in cold chain management with optimized cost from the milk harvested to the customer door delivery. Mr Vankudooth gives technical training on milk and milk products to customer care team and to the food handler. Mr Vankudooth has worked with large Indian corporate dairy farms as a consultant for processing packaging and milk products. He created a experty in milk quality control to provide best set of practices to improve milk and milk by products quality for may dairy processing units in India.
